Prism offers 24 hour by 7 day-a-week telephone support.
Prism operates the customer support center on a 24 X 7 basis , 364 days of the year. Our certified employees that have expertise in all Prism products man the support center and are located on-premise. They are not on pagers at a remote location and subject to miscommunication and missed calls. Prism understands that most issues requiring the attention of a support center are time critical and need to be addressed expeditiously.
When a POS question or problem arises at the restaurant, Prism
personnel realize that a quick, courteous and informed response
can relieve the frustration of the restaurant personnel. That
is why a great deal of attention is given to the training of
the phone technicians. They can assist in resolving POS and
back office computer issues.
The technicians utilize sophisticated phone support software
to assist them in identifying previously encountered problems.
This allows the technicians to become increasingly productive
because the software "learns" as time progresses. This enables
them to share previous experiences and expedite resolution of
problems.
