Advanced Exchange Program

Advance Exchange Program (AEP)- Our response to your need for an expedited equipment repair process. We maintain an extensive inventory of refurbished PAR equipment including POS 2, POS 3, POS 4, POS 4XP, register, printer, monitor, cash drawer, etc. At Prism, we understand the correlation between your POS system and your restaurant's success. Participation in the Advance Exchange Program shortens the length of depot repair time to replace a defective unit.

Here is how it works: Call us toll free and specify your needs and the shipping preference. In turn, we immediately ship a completely refurbished unit in a custom-shipping container. You package the defective unit in the same container and ship it back to us. We issue a UPS call tag and UPS shows up at your location the next day for pick up. The AEP replaces the defective equipment the next day - not in a week!
