Prism Data Systems was originally founded in 1989 to fill a void in the market for an easy to use data collection product that moved information from the restaurant to the management headquarters. Since 1997, Prism Data Systems has grown to a fully integrated POS solutions provider.
Prism provides POS equipment installation, on-site field service, hardware and software training and depot repair support for the entire United States. Prism has in excess of 2500+ software systems installed throughout the US and in 12 foreign countries and we provide telephone support for software and POS operational issues 24 hours a day and 364 days a year. All of our technicians are required to complete a rigorous training program and participate in an on-going certification program to ensure they have and maintain a thorough knowledge of restaurant operations and current technology.
