Paseo is a fully featured QSR back office system that provides local restaurant management a tool by which they can isolate problem areas and react accordingly. It allows for real-time reporting directly from the POS system and serves as a manager’s workstation for performing those functions that are unique to the management personnel. These include inventory control and food cost; labor tracking; sales reporting and speed-of-service monitoring. In return, management is relieved from the trusses of paperwork, which allows them to once again interact with the customers and monitor the floor activity.
